How We Work

When you have chosen the items you require, ring our Customer Services Team with quantities, sizes and any other questions you have so that a formal quotation can be put together for you. Although we would not need final artwork at this stage, we would need to have sight of your logo so that we could see the size and intricacy of it. There is a one off charge of £60 + VAT for the origination of your logo and this is for a logo that is of average size and detail. Larger logos will incur a higher origination cost. However once the origination has been produced, you can then use the logo on any items of clothing in the future without incurring these costs (unless your logo changes).

Once you have approved the quotation and paid for your customised clothing, we would then produce a sample of your corporate identity/logo in the size and colour it will appear on your clothing. This will then be sent to you for your approval. Following your approval, your logo will be embroidered onto all the items that you have ordered. This usually takes approximately 10-14 working days although we are always committed to meeting a clients deadline so if it is needed sooner then please just let us know. Please note that large orders will take slightly longer depending on the quantity.
