Is there a minimum order?

We are happy to supply any quantity from 12 garments.

How do I get started?

Have a look at our product catalogue online or request a brochure by post. When you have chosen the items you require, ring our Customer Services Team with quantities, sizes and any questions you may have so that we can send you a formal quotation.

I'm happy with the quote, what do I do next?

Sign the bottom of the quotation and fax or send it back to us. Payment for goods are required with the order. You can pay by Cheque or Credit Card. Once payment is received then your order can be processed.

What do I need to send Logo Clothing?

You will need to send Logo Clothing a copy of your corporate identity/logo preferably in a JPEG format. If possible please supply the Pantone reference numbers so that we can use matching thread. A sample embroidery will be produced and sent to you for approval before your order is embroidered.

If I already have artwork why do I need to pay a setup charge?

Embroidery machines require the artwork to be in a particular format, this is unique and can only be interpreted by embroidery machines.

Can I supply you with our own garments?

Of course you can, however Logo Clothing Limited cannot take responsibility for them and unless we supplied the garments are unable to replace them should something go wrong (which rarely happens).
